Supporting the mobility of academics is a priority for the JU activities. Through its offer of numerous projects, competitions and international internships the University provides assistance in improving professional skills and supports the development of an academic career. By implementing its personnel policy, JU promotes the mobility of university staff members, which in turn enhances motivation for professional development and increases the quality of research work.
