In addition to the base salary, which is guaranteed by your employment contract, each employee may receive additional funds, depending on the fulfilment of certain conditions:

• bonus, which is awarded on the basis of your position at the University, in accordance with the Jagiellonian University Staff Salary Regulations;
• seniority bonus, which depends on your experience at the University;
• additional annual remuneration (13th salary), which is awarded in line with conditions set out in the external regulations;
• awards, which are provided in accordance with the Jagiellonian University Staff Salary Regulations.
