Workshops in the conference centre 

Upon arrival, participants will be accommodated in one of the JU guesthouses located in the centre of Kraków. The next morning, a shuttle bus will take them to the conference centre where workshops will be held. After checking-in at the venue, there will be two research sessions (lunch, coffee breaks and dinner in the evening.

On the second day, after breakfast, there will be three working sessions (lunch, coffee breaks and dinner in the evening).

On the third day, there will be two working sessions and after lunch, all participants will be transferred back to the centre of Kraków.  

Online workshops

The two-day online meetings will be conducted on the MS Teams platform.

The meeting agenda will be agreed with the meeting coordinator.
